If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product to NY Scale within 30 days. The 30 days start the day you make your order. No exceptions. We will process your refund, less a 15% restocking fee, and shipping and handling charges, AFTER we receive your returned merchandise and have gone through our company inspection. THERE IS NO REFUND ON SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES. When returning your product, you the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. The restocking fee will be charged to the credit card or other payment option you have chosen.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A RMA NUMBER.

-RMA NUMBER MAY BE OBTAINED BY SENDING US AN EMAIL OR CALLING OUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

-ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL, UNDAMAGED, AND SELLABLE CONDITION. IT MUST ALSO BE RETURNED WITH THE ORIGINAL BOX, ALL MATERIALS AND INSERTS!

-WE WILL CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD OR ANY OTHER PAYMENT OPTION YOU HAVE CHOSEN IF ANY MATERIAL OR INSERTS ARE MISSING.

-WE MAY DENY YOUR RETURN CLAIM IF ANY OF THE CONDITION ABOVE IS NOT MET.

 Factory Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same item once we have received the defective merchandise. All defective merchandise must be reported within 14 days after receiving the product.  Failure to report defective merchandise within the 14 day time period will result in forfeiting any credit or exchange. A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL INVOICE MUST BE PROVIDED WITH ALL EXCHANGES AND RETURN. NO EXCEPTION.
