ALL MERCHANDISE COME WITH FACTORY WARRANTY. THE WARRANTY PERIOD IS AS FOLLOWED:

-SAMSUNG /SAM4S CASH REGISTER AND PRINTER: 90 DAYS PARTS AND LABOR

-SHARP CASH REGISTER: 180 DAYS PARTS AND LABOR

-TEC CASH REGISTER: 90 DAY PARTS AND LABOR

-CASIO CASH REGISTER: 90 DAYS PARTS AND LABOR

SCALE:

ALL SCALES COME WITH FULL FACTORY WARRANTY. DIFFERENT SCALE COMPANY COMES WITH DIFFERENT MANUFACTURER WARRANTY. CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR ANY QUESTIONS REGUARDING WARRANTY DETAIL AND PERIOD.

If the merchandise comes defective, customer must send the merchandise back to NYSCALE. The customer must pay for all shipping and handling fees. This does not warrant a cancelation of order due to damaged merchandise. Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, mistreatment, liquid damage to the merchandise. There is no refund due to damaged merchandise. We will ship new merchandise after receiving the damaged merchandise. The customer is liable for all shipping and handling charges. All other defective merchandise will be covered by the manufacturer after 30 days.
